Asset Integrity Management System (AIMS)

We focused on providing a full lifecycle of asset integrity management (AIM) and Operations support, which combines the structural integrity management and revenue stream evaluation

Mineering is focused on providing a full lifecycle of asset integrity management (AIM) and Operations support, which combines the structural integrity management and revenue stream evaluation (e.g. reservoir production).

The structural Integrity Management (SIM) provide a comprehensive evaluation of the structure’s status, including: general data summary, risk assessment, Inspection results, Maintenance, and repair (IMR) plan to further reduce the existing risk to each of the structure’s identified hazards. It encompases large variety of structural asset types such as jacket, topsides, process equipment, risers, conductors, and pipelines.  Allowing full confidence of operation throughout the structure’s operational lifetime.

The revenue stream evaluation (e.g. subsurface / reservoir production) is conducted as key important factor to have accurate data of the remaining reserves or untapped revenue

potential in the area and to identify possible future’s production growth. the results of the revenue stream evaluation study is essential to to identify the economic feasibility limit of a follow up activity to ensure asset integrity.

We bring a unique blend of technical expertise and extensive practical and on-site experience on:

  • Development of organization and management to develop risk reduction mitigation program.
  • Data Gathering and Information system of all the relevant historical and operational of assets
  • Structural model and evaluation to determine the structures critical components as the basis for survey and inspection strategy.
  • Survey and Inspection Strategy to minimize the risk related to environmental impact, people hazard and structural integrity.
  • Evaluation of Survey and Inspection Results to ensure high quality of data received.
  • Structural Integrity re-evaluation confirming the validity of the basis for demonstrating structural integrity and all of the risk  level associated.
  • Mitigation & risk reduction program as the follow up including but not limited to repair, strengthening, and modification works to maintain asset integrity, economic feasibility is integral part of this program.
